Account and Login
If you cannot access your account, include your SnapPaw nickname, account email or phone country code, device model, and a short description of the issue.
Captures and Animal Detection
For capture issues, include the animal type, approximate time, device model, and whether the app showed an error or created a wrong card.
Battles, Cards, and Ownership
For battle or inventory disputes, include the card name, battle time, opponent nickname if visible, and what result you expected.
Privacy and Removal Requests
If you appear in a photo, own rights in content, or want to request access, deletion, correction, objection, restriction, portability, or consent withdrawal, email us with enough detail to locate the capture or account. We review privacy and takedown requests carefully.
Safety
Do not put yourself, others, private property, or animals at risk while using SnapPaw. Report unsafe content or abusive behavior from inside the app or by email.
