SnapPaw Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SnapPaw, including captures, cards, battles, leaderboards, support, and safety rules.

Eligibility

SnapPaw is not directed to children under 16. You must be at least 16 years old, or older if your country requires a higher minimum age for this type of service.

Your Photos and Cards

You keep ownership of the original photos you capture. You grant FORLYZE LTD a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, adapt, display, distribute, and process those photos and generated card assets to operate, secure, improve, and promote SnapPaw.

Cards, rarity, power, XP, points, battles, ownership history, ranks, and similar game items are virtual game features. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Acceptable Use

Do not photograph private places, people without appropriate consent, children, restricted areas, or unsafe situations. Do not bait, trap, harass, or harm animals.

Do not upload fake, staged, AI-generated, stolen, copyrighted, abusive, explicit, or illegal content. Do not spoof GPS, automate captures, exploit bugs, or manipulate battles and leaderboards.

Battles and Transfers

By entering a battle, you agree that the game result may transfer card ownership inside the app. Battle outcomes are final unless we determine there was abuse, a technical failure, or policy violation.

Battles do not involve real-money wagering, cash prizes, or gambling. SnapPaw does not allow buying, selling, or trading cards for money.

Safety

Use SnapPaw safely and lawfully. Stay aware of surroundings, respect property boundaries, follow local laws, and never use the app while driving or in unsafe conditions.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, reverse abusive activity, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm users, animals, the public, or the service.
