FORLYZE LTD is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact hello@forlyze.com for privacy questions or rights requests.

Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide, including name, email address, company, service or product interest, budget range, message, consent choices, and basic technical request data used for abuse prevention.

For INTRVIO enquiries, you may also provide role, team size, hiring use case, ATS or HR tool context, integration needs, and demo preference so the request can be routed and answered accurately.

For ARCEIRA or Minecraft engineering enquiries, you may also provide Discord username, server type, current infrastructure, Minecraft version, player target, timeline, and requested work context.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and take steps before entering into a contract. We may also rely on legitimate interests for service improvement, abuse prevention, and proportionate business record keeping.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, route product-specific enquiries such as INTRVIO or ARCEIRA to the relevant FORLYZE owner, manage potential client relationships, protect the form from abuse, and keep business records where necessary.

Sharing and processors

We may process enquiry emails through email infrastructure providers such as Resend and mailbox providers. Product-specific enquiries may be routed to the relevant FORLYZE-managed mailbox, including INTRVIO and ARCEIRA sales or support mailboxes. If optional CRM or database storage is enabled, access is limited to authorised FORLYZE LTD personnel.

Retention and rights

Unconverted enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or business continuity reasons.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by contacting hello@forlyze.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data rights have not been handled properly.
